Ana White serves as Chief People and AI Enablement Officer of Lumen Technologies. She leads the team that supports Lumen employees, the company's greatest asset.

Ana's expertise spans global human resources strategy, change management, cultural and business transformation, total rewards, AI, and innovation. She has a proven track record of driving groundbreaking programs that fuel growth and elevate the employee experience.

Prior to joining Lumen, Ana served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at F5, where she oversaw people programs, recruiting, culture, employee experience, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). She also spent over 18 years at Microsoft, leading global HR teams across multiple organizations.

Ana holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Seattle University. She is on the Seattle University Board of Trustees and is a member of the International Women's Forum (IWF).

Residing in Bellevue, WA, Ana is passionate about lifelong learning and giving back to local and global communities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family.
